Cole Haan is seeking a Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive store operations, brand initiatives, and talent development. You will help execute revenue-building strategies while maintaining a world-class shopping experience focused on Exceptional Brand Selling and Concierge Service.

You will assist leadership in achieving store and financial goals, ensure policy compliance, and support loss prevention, merchandising, and reporting efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail experience; footwear preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving sales goals and objectives.
• Assist staff to exceed individual and store goals.
• Deliver world class shopping experience through Extraordinary Brand Selling and Service Culture.
• Maintain compliance with policies, loss prevention, and weekly reports.
• Monitor visual merchandising and brand standards; liaise with corporate partners.
