You will drive an exceptional customer experience, train staff, manage daily operations, and collaborate with a dynamic team to hit targets and elevate the shopping journey across channels. You should bring at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced, active lifestyle brand environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Comfort with engaging customers and explaining product features, fabrics, fits and use.
• Ability to work with a large team and adapt to a fast-paced store environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays and to move and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback on Customer Experience Playbook and performance standards.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed goals.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines and communicate inventory/training needs.
