Fabletics in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead to guide front-line teams and deliver best-in-class customer experiences. You will elevate service, explain fabrics and features, and drive a seamless in-store journey aligned with our omnichannel approach.

You will train staff, manage performance, coordinate with the Store Manager, and help hit bold sales targets through inventory awareness and event support. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required.

Formación

• 1 year minimum of retail experience.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products (yoga, running, cycling) preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer-interaction to deliver best-in-class service.
• Train and coach associates on the Customer Experience playbook.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate store events, promotions, and community projects.
