Job summary

Fabletics is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Ontario Mills location in Ontario, CA. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead sales and operations, leveraging omnichannel strategies to create a seamless customer experience across online and in-store channels.

You will train staff, drive customer engagement, manage inventory and merchandising, and strive to exceed KPI targets while maintaining a safe, productive store environment.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of management experience in retail.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices and ability to engage customers in-store.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and leadership in training store associates.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events and promotions.
• Manage daily store activities aligned with company goals and budgets.
