Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our San Marcos store at San Marcos Premium Outlets. You will drive a best-in-class customer experience, mentor associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to hit sales targets while coordinating with omnichannel initiatives.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year retail experience, strong communication, and familiarity with POS systems. A background in retail leadership is a plus; willingness to work evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience in retail.
• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with store team and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead store sales team to achieve daily and weekly targets.
