Fabletics, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Victoria Gardens location in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. You will guide a motivated team, engage customers with product insights, and drive sales while collaborating with the Store Manager to hit bold targets.

You’ll train and give feedback on Customer Experience Playbook, support inventory needs, and maintain merchandising standards to enhance the shopper journey. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products such as yoga, cycling, running is helpful.
