Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for its NEW location at Ontario Mills in Ontario, CA. Lead the customer experience and support Sales & Operations while collaborating with the Store Manager and teammates to exceed KPIs.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in retail, familiarity with active lifestyle products, and strong interpersonal skills for fast-paced environments. Onsite work with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge & familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Inspire associates to meet/exceed individual and team goals with Store Manager.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to aid shopping and add value to purchases.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes weigh 10-30 lbs).
