Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our new retail store at Outlets at San Clemente in San Clemente, CA. You will lead the customer experience and support both Sales and Operations, collaborating with Store Manager, supervisors, and associates to hit bold targets.

As a self-starter with high energy, you will engage customers, share product knowledge, and help create a seamless shopping journey between our website and store while maintaining merchandising standards and safety

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products is a plus.
• Ability to work with large teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Engage customers in store events and promotions.
• Inspire associates to meet performance goals.
