POP MART is seeking a Sales Lead in Towson Town Center to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead daily store operations. You will serve as Leader on Duty, coach staff, and mentor team members while executing visual merchandising, inventory checks, and sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Coach, motivate, and support sales associates to achieve performance goals.
• Build relationships with customers by sharing POP MART stories, characters, and collections.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and loss prevention.
