POP MART is seeking a Retail Sales Lead in California to guide daily store operations and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will lead on duty in the manager’s absence, coach associates, and ensure sales KPIs are met through strong product knowledge and engagement with collectors.

The role emphasizes visual merchandising, inventory control, and collaboration with store leadership to promote exclusive lines and events. Prior leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience required.
• Leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming or pop culture is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example as the Leader on Duty in the Store Manager's absence.
• Coach and motivate Sales Associates to hit individual/store targets.
• Drive sales through product knowledge, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
• Support inventory, POS, and back-of-house tasks to maintain a premium POP MART experience.
