Job summary

POP MART in Lone Tree, CO is hiring a Retail Sales Lead to guide daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As Leader on Duty, you’ll coach staff, drive sales, manage visual merchandising, and support product launches to bring POP MART’s brand to life for every customer.

You’ll need 1+ year retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Execute opening and closing procedures, process transactions, returns, and other POS activities.
• Support shipment processing, replenishment, stockroom organization, and cycle counts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with planograms and merchandising.
