Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the sales floor and set the standard for customer engagement.
• Coach Brand Associates and Sales Leads to build a high-performing team.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash management, safety, and compliance.
• Drive sales goals, KPIs, and merchandise presentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and execute visual merchandising standards.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and ensure exceptional store experiences.
