Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lone Tree, CO. You will lead daily store operations, coach a high-performing team, and drive sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager on recruiting, training, and ensuring visual merchandising aligns with POP MART’s premium brand. You’ll oversee inventory, planograms, and campaigns, and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze metrics and drive improvements with action plans.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales goals, KPIs, and store performance.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and safety compliance.
• Manage visual merchandising, planograms, and seasonal displays.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance development of new team members.
