POP MART is seeking a Retail Sales Lead in Lone Tree, CO. You will act as the Leader on Duty when the Store Manager is unavailable, guiding the team to deliver a premium customer experience and achieve sales targets.

The role combines coaching, inventory tasks, and brand representation on the shop floor. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in retail, strong communication, and a passion for designer toys and pop culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others and foster an inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Coach and support Sales Associates to hit individual and store KPIs.
• Drive sales through knowledgeable product recommendations and upsell.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and POS transactions.
• Assist with visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and back‑of‑house tasks.
• Represent POP MART brand in events, launches, and store initiatives.
