POP MART is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager for Lone Tree, CO. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience for collectors and first-time visitors alike.

You will coach Brand Associates, oversee daily store operations, inventory, and merchandising, and execute store initiatives while maintaining POP MART’s premium brand standards. Passion for pop culture helps you connect with customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to deliver strong performance.
• Drive an exceptional customer experience from the sales floor and embody POP MART's premium brand.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales goals and key KPIs (e.g., sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll).
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and loss prevention.
• Manage visual merchandising and inventory, including planograms and stockroom organization.
