Job summary

DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, seeks a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder dedicated to delivering an unmatched guest experience. You will welcome guests, probe for needs, and represent our broad range of apparel with private labels and name brands.

You will also help coach and develop the sales team, reinforcing excellent service, product knowledge, and store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college/university degree helpful not required.
• Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/ complaint resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and spend quality time learning about needs and lifestyle.
• Serve as product knowledge expert to sell a broad range of apparel including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
• Provide on-going coaching and training for selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures to build a superior customer-focused sales team.
