Job summary

DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, seeks a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who builds lasting relationships with guests by delivering a unique shopping experience. You will coach team members, act as a product expert, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Will handle guest needs, promote private labels and brands, and participate in coaching others on selling skills and procedures. Compensation includes hourly pay plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college/university degree helpful not required.
• Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and problem resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and learn about needs, preferences and lifestyle.
• Serve as product knowledge expert across a broad range of apparel.
• Coach and train team on selling skills and store procedures.
