POP MART, a leading global IP-driven retailer, seeks a Retail Sales Lead at Crabtree Valley Mall, NC. You will lead the sales floor, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while driving daily store operations and inventory control.

As a trusted leader, you will promote POP MART products, manage open/close procedures, and support visual merchandising and events to engage collectors and fans of pop culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience with leadership or keyholder responsibilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, or pop culture is valued.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced store environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Decisive decision-making and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Analytical mindset to interpret business metrics and improve performance.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
• Basic computer skills and POS use.
• High School Diploma required; must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and foster a customer-first culture.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager; drive daily operations.
• Coach and support Sales Associates to meet individual and store goals.
• Build relationships by sharing POP MART stories, artists, and exclusive collaborations.
• Maintain energetic, inclusive store environment and strong team morale.
• Help achieve store sales goals and monitor KPIs like conversion, UPT, ATV.
• Promote products, limited editions, and exclusive collections through knowledgeable recommendations.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain clean, organized store, process transactions, returns, and POS activities.
• Support shipments, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and cycle counts.
• Protect assets by following cash handling, safety, and loss prevention procedures.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and planograms for product launches.
