Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Sales Lead at Pheasant Lane Mall to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead daily store operations. You will coach staff, manage POS activities, and contribute to merchandising and inventory control to ensure a premium POP MART experience for collectors.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ years of retail experience with leadership exposure, strong communication skills, and a passion for designer toys and pop culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of management.
• Coach and support Sales Associates to meet store goals.
• Build relationships with customers and explain POP MART products and collaborations.
• Maintain engaging store environment and assist with merchandising and inventory.
