POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Lead at Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh, NC. You will lead the sales team on the floor, coach associates, and ensure a premium customer experience while driving sales and brand initiatives.

The role reports to Store Management and requires a passion for designer toys, art, and pop culture, with the ability to work evenings and weekends. Benefits include growth opportunities and store events involvement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership, keys-holder, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Serve as the Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Build relationships with customers by sharing POP MART's artists, characters, and collections.
• Drive sales performance by meeting KPIs such as conversion, UPT, ATV, and engagement.
• Maintain store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, and POS transactions.
