POP MART, a global leader in designer toys and interactive experiences, seeks a Retail Sales Lead at Crabtree Valley Mall. You will guide a team on the sales floor, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive store performance through coaching and effective visual merchandising.

This role reports to the Store Manager and supports daily operations. You will influence customer journeys, promote exclusive collections, and maintain store standards while adapting to peak periods and new product

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; supervisory or leadership exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer-focused.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team and manage daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team on the floor and serve as Leader on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Drive sales performance, coaching, and customer engagement.
• Oversee POS transactions, returns, and inventory support; uphold brand standards.
