The role requires 1+ years of retail experience, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate a team. You should be flexible to work weekends/evenings/holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in women’s specialty retail.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to train and motivate a team.
• Track record of contributing to sales and engagement.
• Excellent communication and flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support brand presence.
• Assist in training and coaching team members for success.
• Identify customer needs, provide styling recommendations, and hit sales targets.
• Maintain product knowledge to assist confident purchases.
• Assist with store operations, including opening/closing and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure a meaningful customer experience.
