Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in women’s specialty retail or a strong sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships.
• Strong ability to support, inspire, and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of contributing to sales and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and support community engagement.
• Train and develop team members, coach, and provide support for success.
• Drive store performance by identifying customer needs and providing styling recommendations.
• Maintain deep knowledge of J.Jill products to assist purchasing decisions.
• Assist store operations: opening/closing, MOD, visual merchandising, floor sets, inventory, policies.
• Own assigned responsibilities, address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, support leadership.
• Communicate across organizational levels with appropriate messaging.
• Perform additional duties to help the store succeed.
