J.Jill is hiring a Sales Lead to support store leadership in driving sales and team success. You will nurture customer relationships, provide styling guidance, and contribute to achieving targets while upholding our inclusive culture.

You will train and coach team members, assist with store operations, and stay knowledgeable about products to help customers make confident purchases. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in women’s specialty retail or a strong sales, customer-obsessed environment.
• Passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships.
• Strong ability to support, inspire, and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of contributing to sales and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through genuine interactions.
• Assist in training and developing team members, leading by example, and providing coaching and support to ensure team success.
• Help drive store performance by identifying customer needs, providing personalized styling recommendations, and contributing to achieving sales targets.
• Maintain deep knowledge of J.Jill’s products to support customers in making confident purchasing decisions.
• Assist with store operations, including opening and closing store, manager on duty, visual merchandising, floor sets, inventory management, and adherence to company policies.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, proactively address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, and support leadership in maintaining a meaningful customer experience.
