KnitWell Group in Eugene, OR is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model exceptional service. You will set the tone for brand standards and create welcoming, personalized experiences that reflect our hospitality culture.

You’ll coach staff, share product knowledge, manage scheduling and inventory, handle cash, and support on promotions. This regular/part-time role offers growth opportunities across our brands.

Qualificações

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team aligned with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities including cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Stay informed on current promotions and store policies.
