KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for our Santa Rosa, CA location. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, set the tone for high standards, and support leadership responsibilities as needed to drive a welcoming, customer-centered shopping experience.

You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, coach associates, and ensure operations like opening/closing, scheduling, and inventory are executed effectively, while staying informed about promotions and store policies.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
