Job summary

KnitWell Group seeks a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervising the team and modeling brand standards to create memorable, customer-centered experiences. You will guide daily operations and contribute to a positive, hospitality-driven culture on the shop floor.

You will coach staff, manage scheduling, and ensure product knowledge and omni-channel execution align with company priorities across Chico’s brands.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead by example and set a positive tone on the sales floor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with goals.
• Support scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling when needed.
