Job summary

KnitWell Group operates White House Black Market. We are seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and exemplify brand standards.

You will foster a welcoming, customer-centered atmosphere and drive empowerment and positive culture on the sales floor. Role requires guiding teams, coaching, and managing operations such as cash handling, scheduling, and inventory, while contributing to sales goals and merchandise execution.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships
• Team player with initiative and ownership
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment
• Know current sales, promotions, and store policies
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork
