Knitwell Group in Atlanta seeks a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model customer‑centric service. You’ll uphold brand standards and create a welcoming environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

You will coach staff, manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and promotions, while using omni‑channel approaches to drive sales. Flexible availability and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred (2+ years).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and use omni-channel approaches.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching, and help with scheduling.
• Contribute ideas to store leadership and foster teamwork.
