Job summary

KnitWell Group's WHBM location in Atlanta is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will create a welcoming, customer-centered environment and support leadership responsibilities as needed.

You will coach the team, manage daily store operations, and drive performance goals while delivering memorable customer experiences that reflect our hospitality culture. Flexibility and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing and general operations.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive work environment.
