Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead in Albuquerque, NM. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and create a welcoming, hospitality-driven environment that goes beyond the sale.

You’ll coach staff, manage daily operations, and help drive performance while maintaining a positive team culture and strong customer relationships. This is a regular/part-time role with a focus on guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing tasks.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, and inventory replenishment.
• Ensure adherence to store policies and brand standards.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
