Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead in Dawsonville, GA to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model a customer-centered hospitality culture. You will guide brand standards, provide clear direction, and support scheduling and inventory tasks on the sales floor.

You will coach team members, share product knowledge, and engage customers with memorable service across in-store and omni-channel experiences, helping the store meet its goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about current promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Contribute ideas to store leadership and foster teamwork.
