Fabletics in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead to drive a best-in-class customer experience and support the Store Manager, supervisors and associates. You will engage customers with product knowledge and lead initiatives from store events to community projects.

This role requires energy, reliability, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment; evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, best-in-class customer experience.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store, including events and community projects.
• Provide training and feedback on Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed goals.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and stock/PO.S./training needs.
