Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Livermore, CA store at San Francisco Premium Outlets. You will lead frontline engagement, mentor associates, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional shopping journey that blends online and in-store experiences.

You will train staff on our playbook, drive sales targets, and maintain merchandising standards while staying active and hands-on with inventory and loss-prevention tasks.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition.
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners in and outside the store.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
