Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for the Corte Madera, CA store. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting sales and operations, while leveraging technology to blend online and in-store shopping.

You will lead by example, engage customers with knowledge of fabrics, fit and function, and collaborate with a driven Store Manager and team to meet KPIs and drive store performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail work experience.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Familiar with active lifestyle products and knowledge of fabrics, features, fit, and function.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience and guide sales efforts to meet KPIs.
• Provide training and feedback on Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and team to optimize inventory, merchandising and store operations.
• Maintain safety and security standards and assist with stock and orders.
