Job summary

Fabletics in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while supporting Sales & Operations. You will use technology to create a seamless online-to-retail journey and partner with a Store Manager and team to exceed KPIs.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires energy, initiative, and a passion for customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
• Retail management experience is a plus.
• Ability to engage customers and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events and promotions.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to aid the customer journey.
• Provide training feedback following the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to motivate associates to meet goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve the experience.
