Fabletics, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Corte Madera store. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, lead a small team, and partner with the Store Manager to meet sales targets while integrating omni-channel shopping between our website and retail locations.

You should be energetic, personable, and able to work evenings and weekends. The role involves training, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining store standards, with strong emphasis on customer engagement

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail experience.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities.
• Ability to work with large teams.
