Job summary

You should be self-motivated, energetic, comfortable engaging the public, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail leadership experience is a plus; flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (yoga, cycling, Pilates, running, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to interact with customers, employees and partners inside and outside the store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer experience and support Sales & Operations.
• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and feedback around Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
