White House Black Market in Houston is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards while delivering hospitality-driven experiences.

You will coach, schedule, manage inventory and cash handling, and drive performance through clear direction and omni-channel shopping. This role requires strong communication, 18+ years old, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and maneuver on floor/stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Handle operations: cash, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about sales, promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive work environment.
