Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Know current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
