White House Black Market in Katy, TX is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model brand standards. You’ll guide daily operations and deliver memorable, hospitality-driven service that reflects our culture.

You’ll coach teammates, drive sales and productivity, manage schedules and inventory, and ensure policies and promotions are executed accurately. This role requires 18+ and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; weekend availability encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to meet performance goals.
• Execute scheduling, cash handling, inventory management, and replenishment.
