Job summary

White House Black Market is seeking a Sales Lead in Allen, TX to partner with store leadership and supervise the team. You’ll model strong customer service, uphold brand standards, and help shape a positive, hospitality-driven store culture.

This role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and executing store operations on the sales floor. You will lead by example, share product knowledge, and ensure a welcoming environment that drives memorable customer experiences while supporting brand priorities

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive team culture.
