Job summary

White House Black Market in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and promote our brand standards. You’ll model hospitality and create memorable, customer-centered experiences that go beyond the sale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to keep the team on track with goals.
• Execute operations activities such as cash handling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
