White House Black Market in Houston, TX is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional service that reflects our culture. You will uphold brand standards and foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment that goes beyond the transaction.

You will open/close the store, share brand priorities with teams, coach staff, manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and respond to promotions.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience or related leadership roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and assist with general operations.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and model service excellence.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to help the team hit performance goals.
