Job summary

White House Black Market is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality while driving sales and team performance.

You will support operations, coaching, scheduling, and inventory management, with a focus on delivering memorable shopping experiences and achieving goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, share product knowledge, and use an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Collaborate with store leadership to share insights and ideas.
