White House Black Market is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership to supervise the team and uphold brand standards. You will create a welcoming, customer-centered environment that delivers memorable experiences reflecting our hospitality culture.

This role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and omni-channel selling, with responsibilities spanning store operations, staff development, and collaboration with leadership to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and use an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations such as cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive work environment.
