Join KnitWell Group as a Sales Lead in Oceanside, NY. You will model and deliver personalized customer experiences, support associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to step in as a leader when needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Tech proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to organize, delegate and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates and customers.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching so each associate delivers great customer interactions.
• Build productive relationships and share ideas with the team.
• Utilize technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions for omnichannel experience.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
