You will collaborate with store leadership to step in as manager when needed, while driving consistent brand standards and an engaging omnichannel shopping experience.

The role emphasizes coaching, store operations, and effective communication with associates, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.

• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching so associates excel in customer interactions.

• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
