Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed while guiding and coaching associates.

The role focuses on delivering personalized service, driving store performance, and maintaining brand standards in Lake George Outlets. Regular/Part-time positions are available with evening/weekend hours.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to improve customer interactions.
• Build productive relationships and support the team.
