This role requires retail management experience, strong communication, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. You will lead by example on the sales floor, support scheduling, inventory, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
